Pretty double bedroom with en-suite shower room (luxury shower). Superb twin bedroom again with en-suite and luxury shower. This room has access to it’s own outdoor sun terrace.

Through May, June, July and August the owner’s house which is adjacent to the barn is
also available for lets but only together with the barn. Never separately.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are available each with it’s own shower room and
extremely spacious luxurious accommodation of large lounge, dining room, kitchen,
utility room. Double and twin bedrooms. The pool which is 10 x 5 is equipped with
an alarm and has been beautifully landscaped.
There are various terraces and sitting areas around the house and barn surround by
beautiful countryside.

The house and barn have both been restored to the highest standard and owners genuinely desire their guests to have a truly ‘ Bonne Vacance’

 

From October to the end of March the barn is available for long lets for those who may be
hunting for property themselves or just taking a Winter break.
The barn is will insulated with large Jotul wood burning stove along with electric convectors.
The owners, who are in residence for this period, are available to give helpful advice and information.

The house and barn are no smoking.
Children over 10 years only or babies up to 1 year.
Sorry no pets.
The helpful caretakers are just 5 minutes by car
and will be happy to answer any queries.

Tiffaudie is well situated for amenities a good supermarket is approximately 4km.
The picturesque village of Lauzun with it’s restaurants, café Chateau, and lake are just 2km.
The stunning bastide town of Eymet is just 10 minutes drive.
Eymet has weekly day markets and from July to August popular night markets. There are also many restaurants, bars, interesting shops all set amongst a beautiful and
historic backdrop.
The old town of Bergerac is 25 minutes drive offering old town character and modern shopping.
Bergerac Airport provides access from all parts of the UK & Ireland with Flybe.com and Ryanair.

The breath taking Atlantic coast is approx 2 hours and Perpignan approximately 4.5 hours Beynac & Sarlat approx. 1.5 and many more other exciting places abound.
